Cleaning Up, Changing Course

Looking back on all the things that you thought at certain times in your life and realizing that what you thought back then is not even close to where your thinking is now. It is called life and it is to be learned from to better yourself  and to give you the gift of experience.

Experience comes in all shapes and sizes and it usually accompanies a smaller wallet along with it. Everyone needs to have the opportunity to learn and then possibly use or share what they learned to help themselves and others.

Here are my new goals:

1. No more bashing others regardless of how bad I want to.

2. Spending all my spare time building content and sites instead spending it all reading others "stuff"

I was going to delete this blog and start over and maybe some day I might but for now this is where it sits.

One time not long ago a man with money met a man with experience. After their unique meeting the man with experience had more money and the man that had the money now had experience.

Being a father also has it's frustrations. Texting and hanging out are the lifeblood of existence and if either is interrupted the sky will surely fall.

I look back a my ancestors and the struggles that they had in their lives. Life is easy today compared to what it was back then. Here is a picture from about 1921. My Great Great Grandfather just purchased his first car.                 (click to enlarge)

Look at the car, look at my family. Things have changed beyond recognition and they are continuing to do so. Life is short and I am going to make the most of it from this time forward. I am going to be happy. I am going to work harder than I ever have. I am going to play harder than I ever have and I am going to always look at the benefit, the good points from everything I experience from this time forward.

Who knows how long we have and does it really matter?  What matters is from now till then so there you have my resolution t change for the better.
